Kevin of SelectButton.com sat down with this new MMO to take a spin with what may "change the face of MMO gaming." The other staff members managed to pry him away long enough to get this review from him.

Starhawk Review - Glitch Cat 16 May 2012 | 6:49 pm
Despite it’s weak story, Starhawk excels at everything else it sets out to achieve. It provides a unique, robust multiplayer component, filled with original ideas and unique gameplay. This game has the legs to last in the over-saturated multiplayer market,...
Prototype 2 Review - Glitch Cat 16 May 2012 | 6:00 pm
At the end of the day, Prototype 2 is a very solid open-world action game. Although the plot is boring and the lack of gameplay variety is evident early on, it’s not really a big issue. Full of explosive action,...

Microsoft Rumored to Be Closing in on a Hulu Deal for Xbox 360

E-mail Print PDF

It looks like owners of the Xbox 360 will soon be able to do what so many others have struggled to do. According to a source close to Microsoft's Entertainment and Devices Division, the house that Seamus [Blackley] built is looking to add Hulu to the Xbox 360 via a channel similar to last.fm.

Hulu logoThis isn't the first time we've hear murmurs about Hulu coming to the Xbox 360. In fact the original talk was about IPTV way back in 2006. That of course seems to have gone the way of the Dodo, at least in the traditional IPTV sense.

Gamers in the UK have of course been blessed with the Sky TV on demand service on their Xbox 360s. And our source states that the popularity of Sky Player is a major factor in Microsoft's attempt to get Hulu. Reportedly the only thing holding up the project is Hulu, who are trying to sweeten the deal for themselves. Now since Microsoft should be able to meet the online broadcaster's demands financially, it could be just a matter of time before we hear something official. However she did say that we could hear something official within a couple weeks.

In the mean time, we'll just wait and see and of course keep our fingers crossed. But since we've heard this before, we're not deleting our PC to 360 streaming software yet.

Hulu is the kind of garbage that continued and strengthened neutrality will eliminate.

Never ever tolerate ads of any kind on anything you pay a subscription for.

You gotta consider that Hulu is looking to make themselves a subscription service soon, possibly this year. Which means it would be easier to put on the 360, for broadcasting companies sake.
