After getting the go ahead to do bonus Cosplay galleries each weekend, we wanted to make sure we made each one count. So this week we're focusing on Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. Yes, we already have compiled a great collection of talented "Cosplayers". Easily recognizable, Lightning has a style all her own.
While each epic entry in the Final Fantasy franchise has a heroine who stands out, Lightning definitely has a style all her own. For those who unfamiliar with Lightning or Final Fantasy; first off shame on you - but there is a mini-bio below with more info on today's star.
Lightning's Bio: (limited spoilers)
Lightning wields a weapon called the Blaze Edge which is a combination of a gun and a sword, which is of course like the one wielded by Squall in Final Fantasy VIII. She can also manipulate gravity with a device on her thumb. In battle, Lightning is very agile and uses acrobatic moves. She can summon the Eidolon Odin to fight by her side in battle, which she can also ride. While riding, Lightning dual wields Odin's detachable sword. For those who have completed FF XIII, you could say she's an Army of One. Zing! Enjoy this weekends gallery.

Very impressive Lightning Cosplay in the link you provided though.
I say we start taking up a collection to buy you the costume Beth. But you have to wear it to work for a week and pose for pictures with everyone.
